Drontal Dog Tasty Bone Tablets kills every type of intestinal worm commonly found in UK dogs. Can be used for pregnant and lactating bitches but only with veterinary consulation before treatment. Can be given with or without food. Worming should be undertaken at least every three months, depending on the pet's lifestyle, more frequent worming may be advised. Legal category NFA-VPS. Like all Drontal tablets, it works with a single dose. For dogs, the new bone shaped tablet makes worming your dog that bit easier!

Unfortunately, there is no tablet or injection you can give a dog which will prevent worm infection. The best you can do is to kill any worms which may be present, on a regular basis. To avoid worms reaching maturity and affecting your pet's health, and to reduce public health risks, you should worm your pet with Drontal regularly.
